HMH ‘earthly angels’ praised for service
I recall in sadness whenever I hear negative, unfair and unappreciative comments concerning Hardin Memorial Hospital. We in Hardin County are blessed with one of the best hospitals in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
During the past 40 years, my family has received excellent and professional care at HMH. The doctors, nurses, staff, leadership and volunteers provide excellent care and make one feel a member of the HMH family.
Recently, as I recovered from a broken hip and wrist because of a fall, the entire medical community of HMH was a blessing. While talking with other patients from surrounding counties without a hospital, I was ever so thankful for the wise and unselfish citizens of Hardin County who planned and built the hospital, and for today’s leaders who maintain HMH with pride and concern for all of us.
As for my family, we shall be forever thankful for HMH. Within the hospital, there are earthly angels who give their all to caring for patients. It would be nice if all Hardin County residents and those from surrounding counties on this day count their blessings for HMH.
