On November 4, Drs. Dan Ray Clagett, Ryan Clagett, and Lindsey Milby from Clagett Dental and Clagett Periodontics presented $5,000 to the HMH Foundation for Baptist Health Hardin’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) patients and cancer patients. This is the second donation to HMHF from Clagett Dental and the third donation from Clagett Periodontics. Each organization is committed to supporting local non-profits like the HMH Foundation.
Clagett Dental donated $2,500 for the region’s only Level II NICU as part of their practice fundraiser – Nickels for the NICU. The Nickels for the NICU fundraiser donates $5 for every fluoride treatment the clinic provides. The money is used to purchase Halo Sleep Sacks for NICU patients and cover other needs in the NICU and BirthPlace.
Clagett Periodontics also donated $2,500 to the HMH Foundation for Baptist Health Hardin Cancer Care patients. Each month, Clagett Periodontics identifies a local non-profit to receive a portion of all New Patient Consultation fees.
Dennis Johnson, Baptist Health Hardin President and CEO, and Tracee Troutt, Vice President and Chief Development Officer at Baptist Health Hardin, were on hand to receive the donation.
Since 2018, Clagett Dental and Clagett Periodontics have donated roughly $100,000 to local non-profits.
