Hardin Memorial Health Foundation
Tracee Bell Troutt, a longtime resident of Elizabethtown, joined the Hardin Memorial Health in 2014. In her role as Chief Development Officer, she leads the HMH Foundation, Marketing/Communications and the Auxiliary.
Prior to joining HMH, Tracee held the title of Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer for Greater Louisville, Inc. (GLI), Louisville’s Metro Chamber of Commerce. She also served as the organization’s Interim President and CEO in 2012. Before joining GLI, she worked for The Cobb Group and The Courier-Journal. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, as well as a Master of Arts in Communication from Western Kentucky University.
Her service to HMH dates back to her early professional life when just after graduating from college she volunteered at the front desk. Since then, her family has availed themselves of HMH’ stop quality care from visits to the Emergency Department and Care First to primary care at one of the HMH’s great practices.
“The Foundation provides a way for people to invest in and interact more deeply with one of the region’s strongest economic drivers – HMH. Tracee said. The diverse leaders on this new Board of Directors care deeply about improving the health of the communities HMH serves. Their work will advance the HMH strategy farther and faster and I am honored to serve with them.”
Tracee also serves on the YMCA Association Board of Directors, the Elizabethtown Heritage Council Board, the Fort Knox CORE Committee and on the Personnel and Master Planning Committees at Severns Valley Baptist Church. She teaches a third grade Sunday School class and she and her husband Chris have a daughter.
