Irvington
General Manager
Brandenburg Telephone and Telecom Companies
Allison Willoughby has lived most of her life in Breckinridge County. She and her husband, Dennis, raised their two sons, largely, in the small town of Irvington where she grew up. She and her husband both worked from a young age in their families’ respective businesses. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and shortly after college worked with the public accounting firm of Ernst & Whinney in Louisville, KY earning her CPA certification. She subsequently joined her family’s banking and telecommunications businesses as a member of management.
Today, Allison serves as General Manager for both Brandenburg Telecom and Brandenburg Telephone Companies. In addition, she is a member of multiple committees and boards with Bluegrass Cellular including the Management Committee of Kentucky RSA #4 Cellular General Partnership, which she chairs.
Spending quality time with family is an important part of Allison’s life. She chose to make her home in Breckinridge County, and her sons have settled in Meade County, raising their own families close to home.
Allison appreciates that she and her family have access to the quality healthcare available at HMH. That’s why she’s excited to serve on the HMH Foundation Board.
“I want to help ensure we can continue to receive the highest level of care right here in our local communities,” she said. “We are fortunate to have comprehensive first-in-class healthcare available in Central Kentucky. We can’t take it for granted.”
Allison also serves as Director and Secretary of First Breckinridge Bancshares, Director and Executive Vice President of First State Bank, Chairwoman and Vice President of West Point Bank, Director and President of Meade Bancorp and Director at River City Bank, Bank of Clarkson, Meade County Bank and Bedford Bank.
