For the fourth year in a row, organizers of the Backyard Classic, an eight-hour endurance run that takes place on the trails in the Elizabethtown Nature Park, made a donation to the Hardin Memorial Health Foundation. In 2019, the race raised $10,000 for the HMH Foundation, bringing their four-year total to $30,000. Unfortunately, the 2020 race was cancelled due to COVID-19.
The Backyard Classic raises money for the HMH Foundation in honor of one of it’s co-directors, Lori Masterson – a grateful patient who was treated at HMH Cancer Care in 2015.
Thank you Lori and co-directors – Ben Bryan, Kelly Berry and Damon Barnes – for your continued support of the HMH Foundation.
